The Council of Chiefs (COC), a council composed of Lodge Chiefs, Conclave Vice Chiefs, Section Officers, Advisers, and other invited guests, will be taking place on December 15th from 12-4 at the Ventura County Council Scout Office (509 E Daily Dr, Camarillo, CA 93010).
